About eVisa Vietnam Express
A small private team in Ho Chi Minh City that handles Vietnam eVisa applications for travellers who’d rather not fight the government portal themselves.
We are a private eVisa assistance service based in Ho Chi Minh City. We are not a government website and not affiliated with Vietnam Immigration. We charge a service fee on top of the official government fee and say so on every page. If you’d rather apply yourself for the government fee alone, the official portal is evisa.gov.vn — and we’ll tell you when that’s the better option.
What we actually do
Someone reads your application before it’s submitted. That is the whole product; everything else follows from it.
In practice: checking the passport scan is legible where it matters, that the name on the form matches the passport rather than the name you go by, that your arrival date lines up with your flight, and that the speed you chose can realistically reach your departure. Then we file it on the official portal, watch it, and deal with the portal’s failures ourselves instead of sending you back to it.
We also take on cases that are already broken — applications stuck on “Processing” for weeks, payments that went through with no visa, refusals nobody explained.
What we don’t do
- We are not the government. We can’t approve a visa, overrule a refusal, or make Immigration move faster than Immigration moves.
- We don’t promise outcomes we can’t control. Nobody can guarantee approval. Anyone who does is selling you something.
- We don’t quote before we know your case. A group of nationalities is handled under different rules and the standard table doesn’t apply to them.
- We don’t take payment before reviewing. The government fee is gone the moment an application is filed, so problems are worth finding first.
- We don’t sell your data. Passport scans are stored where they can’t be reached from the web and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
The details that decide whether you make your flight
- Cut-off times aren’t round numbers. A Rush order placed after 9:45 AM Vietnam time is a different order from one placed at 9:30. The processing table lists the real cut-off for every speed.
- The clock starts at complete documents, not at payment. Glare across a passport’s bottom lines can quietly cost half a working day on a rush order.
- Weekends run on a separate channel. A Monday flight is almost always cheaper to solve with a Friday-morning submission than with weekend rates.
- Nationality changes everything. We check yours before quoting, not after.
Who you’re talking to
We’re deliberately small: the person answering your WhatsApp is the person handling your application, which is why replies come quickly and nobody reads you a script. Support runs 8:00–22:00 GMT+7, seven days a week — roughly 9 PM to 11 AM in New York and 2 AM to 4 PM in London. Flying soon and it’s outside those hours? Message anyway.
The money, plainly
Every price on this site is the total per person and already includes the government fee ($25 single / $50 multiple). The rest is our service fee; the fees page shows exactly which part goes where. Where we earn that fee is on cases that are urgent, complicated, already broken, or where a non-refundable government fee is at risk from a small mistake.
