Working days run Monday to Friday and skip Vietnamese public holidays. A Next-Day order placed before 9:45 AM is normally finished the same day by 5:30 PM; later ones the next working day. Timing starts once payment and usable documents are both in. On the application form, speeds that can no longer be met are greyed out.
Checked first, paid second
Once an application is filed, the $25 or $50 government fee is spent — whatever happens next. So we look for problems before that point: a passport close to expiry, a nationality with extra checks, an arrival date that doesn’t fit the flight. Finding them before payment costs you nothing.
It also means your quote is for your actual case. If your nationality needs different handling, we tell you before any money changes hands.
The usual snags, and how we deal with them
- A document we can’t use. Glare on the passport’s code lines or a shadowed portrait won’t pass. We ask for a new one straight away, but the clock waits, so on a rush order a good photo matters.
- The government portal fails. It struggles at busy times. When it does, we resubmit at our cost.
- A name or number that differs from the passport. A swapped surname or missing middle name can lead to refusal. We compare the form with your passport scan before filing.

Once you have it
- Compare it with your passport: name, passport number, date of birth, entry date and entry point. Mistakes can be fixed now, not at the airport.
- Print a copy or two for check-in and immigration.
- Complete the pre-arrival declaration if you land at one of the airports that asks for it. It’s free and separate from the visa. How it works.
You pay nothing at the border. If anyone at the counter asks for cash for an eVisa, something is off.
Process questions
When do processing times start counting?
From the moment two things are true: payment has arrived and every document is usable. Sending the form alone doesn’t start it, and a scan we can’t read holds it until a better one arrives.
Is anything charged when I send the form?
No. We read your application first, confirm the price for your nationality and speed, and only then email a payment link.
What happens if something fails at the government end?
Technical failures on the portal are ours to deal with, and we resubmit at no cost. A refusal caused by the details supplied, such as a name that differs from the passport, needs a new application and a new government fee. We always tell you which of the two it was.
Can I change dates or the entry airport later?
Yes, until we file — send us a message. Once filed, the application is locked and a change means applying again. That’s why we confirm these details with you before submitting.
Should I print the eVisa?
Yes. Carry a printed copy with your passport. Airlines often check it before boarding, and paper is easier than a phone with no signal.
