By sending an application through evisavietnamexpress.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) you accept these terms.

1. The service

We help travellers apply for Vietnam eVisas. This is not the Vietnamese government’s website; the official portal is evisa.gov.vn. On top of the official fee we charge a service fee, which covers:

• checking your details and documents before anything is filed;
• filing the application for you on the official portal;
• following the application and emailing you updates;
• help before, during and after processing;
• a refund of our fee if the application fails through our error (see section 6).

2. Your confirmations

When you apply, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18, or you are legally entitled to apply for the minor concerned;
• everything you give us is true, correct and complete;
• your passport stays valid for at least six months after your planned arrival;
• approval is decided by the Vietnam Immigration Department and we cannot guarantee it.

3. Prices and paying

All prices are in US dollars, per traveller, and include the government fee and our fee. The current list is on the fees page.

We check your application before requesting payment. Most nationalities pay the price shown on the form. Nationalities that follow different procedures receive an individual quote, which you accept before paying. Work starts after payment arrives. Payments go through PayPal, which also takes the main card brands.

4. Processing times

The times below are estimates based on how Vietnam Immigration usually responds:

• Economy: 4–6 working days
• 3-Day: 3 working days
• 2-Day: 2 working days
• Next-Day: 1 working day
• Same-Day: about 5 hours
• Same-Day Plus: about 2.5 hours
• Emergency: about 1.5 hours
• Weekend: Saturday or Sunday

They run from the point when payment has arrived and all documents are usable. Saturdays, Sundays and Vietnamese public holidays are not working days. Delays on the side of Vietnam Immigration or its portal are beyond our control.

5. What we need from you

• Correct, complete information and clear documents.
• Quick replies if we ask for something.
• A check of your eVisa as soon as it arrives, and a message to us straight away if anything is wrong.
• A printed copy of the eVisa carried with your passport.

6. Refunds and cancellations

If we make a mistake — for example a missed step or an incorrect submission — and the application fails as a result, you receive 100% of our service fee back.

The government fee ($25 single / $50 multiple) goes to the Vietnam Immigration Department and cannot be returned once filed.

Refusals for other reasons, such as immigration policy, the applicant’s history, or details from the applicant that don’t match their documents, do not qualify for a service-fee refund.

Cancelling: before we file, you receive a full refund less a $10 administration charge. After filing, the government fee is spent.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for costs such as flights or accommodation resulting from a delay or refusal, nor for decisions taken by the Vietnam Immigration Department. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Content

The text, logo, graphics and code on this site are ours or used under licence. Please don’t copy them without our written consent.

10. Applicable law

Vietnamese law applies to these terms. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion; if that fails, the courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction.

11. Updates

These terms may change. This page always shows the current version and its date. Your application is governed by the version that applied when you sent it.
