How it works on the day
You leave the plane and follow the signs to immigration like everyone else. At the entrance to the hall an agent holds a board with your name. From there you are taken to the priority lane, you hand over your passport and eVisa printout, and you go through to baggage claim while the main queue is still moving.
Be wary of offers to meet you “at the gate” or “at the aircraft”. For ordinary passengers that isn’t allowed at Vietnamese airports. Every provider’s agent waits in the same hall.

Booking in four steps
- Send your flight number, date, airport and a photo of your passport photo page on WhatsApp.
- We check availability and confirm the price. Then you pay by PayPal or card.
- We send the meeting point and a picture of the name board.
- After landing, head to the immigration hall and look for the board.
Tight on time? Ho Chi Minh City can usually be arranged a few hours before landing. Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Cam Ranh are scheduled with the airport the day before, so they need 24 hours. Still waiting for your visa? Read what “still processing” means first.
Fast track questions
Where will I see the agent?
In the arrivals immigration hall, just before the passport desks. Before you fly we send a photo of the name board and the spot where the agent stands. Walking from the aircraft to that hall you do on your own — airport rules don’t allow escorts airside for ordinary passengers.
What is the latest I can book?
At Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City) we can often arrange it 4–5 hours before you land. The other airports need a day’s notice, and two days around Tết and other public holidays. Bookings made after touchdown cost $10 more and depend on an agent being free.
I already have my eVisa. Is fast track still useful?
Only if you land at a busy time. With an eVisa you only queue for passport control, and that can be quick in the early morning or take over an hour when several long-haul flights arrive together. Send us your flight number and we’ll say whether it’s worth paying for.
My flight has changed. What now?
Tell us the new flight as soon as you know and we move the booking at no cost. If we don’t hear from you, the agent is sent for the original arrival and the booking counts as used.
What details do you need?
Flight number, arrival date and airport, plus a photo of the passport photo page. If we did your eVisa we already have the passport, so the flight number is enough.
The service is carried out by our licensed airport partner and the prices above include our fee. Travellers on Vietnamese passports can’t use it under current airport rules.
