Vietnam eVisa prices 2026
Every price below is per person and already includes the government fee. Nothing is added later.
The official fee is $25 (single entry) or $50 (multiple entry). If you apply on your own, that’s all you pay.
With us, totals start at $48 single / $68 multiple for the standard speed, official fee included. The quicker the tier, the higher the price: $208 at most on a weekday, $258 / $278 at the weekend. 30 and 90 days are priced the same.

Government fee vs service fee
Every Vietnam eVisa price online is made of the same two parts. Knowing the split makes comparing providers easy.
| Part | Single | Multiple | Goes to | Refundable? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Government feeFixed by Vietnam Immigration | $25 | $50 | Vietnam Immigration | Never |
| Our service feeRises with speed | from $23 | from $18 | eVisa Vietnam Express | In full, if we made the error |
| Total, standard speed | $48 | $68 | — | |
The government fee is charged the moment an application is filed and is never returned — not on refusal, not for a typo, not if you cancel the trip. The service fee pays for someone to read your documents before filing, submit and watch the application, and answer you on WhatsApp when something looks wrong. On faster tiers it also pays for priority handling, which is most of the gap between rows.
Which speed do you actually need?
People overpay and underpay here in equal numbers. Count from your flight, not from how urgent it feels:
- Two weeks or more — Economy. Paying for speed you won’t use buys nothing.
- Five to seven days — 3-Day or 2-Day. It leaves room to fix a problem if the portal rejects something.
- Two to three days — Next-Day. Submit in the Vietnamese morning; a late-afternoon order loses most of its working day.
- Tomorrow or today — Same-Day, Same-Day Plus or Emergency, depending on hours left. Message us first so we can confirm it’s still achievable.
- Saturday, Sunday or Monday morning — read the next section before buying anything.
Two timing rules that aren’t obvious
The clock starts when your documents are complete, not when you pay. A blurred passport corner, a missing entry port or a shadow on the portrait stops the countdown until it’s fixed. It is the most common reason a rush order lands later than expected, and why we ask for your flight time up front.
Weekends run on a separate channel. That’s why the weekend rate sits above every weekday tier. Flying Monday? Filing Friday morning at Next-Day price is almost always cheaper than weekend rates.
What the price includes
- The government eVisa fee, paid to Vietnam Immigration for you
- A document check before filing: passport scan, portrait, dates, entry port and entry type
- Submission on the official portal, so you never deal with its errors
- Free resubmission if the portal fails or times out on our side
- Status tracking and email updates
- Your approved eVisa by email, ready to print
- WhatsApp support from a person, 8:00–22:00 GMT+7, every day
- A full service-fee refund if the application fails because of our mistake
Costs that are not part of your visa
- The Digital Arrival Card is free. Anyone charging for it isn’t charging a government fee.
- Airport fast track is optional and separate. It shortens the arrival queue; it has no effect on your visa. Details here.
- No stamping fee. That belonged to the old visa-on-arrival system. An approved eVisa needs no payment at the border.
- No charge for questions. Asking three costs the same as asking none.
Apply yourself or use a service?
You can apply at evisa.gov.vn for the government fee alone. With plenty of time and a simple case, that is a perfectly good choice — and we’ll tell you so.
| Applying yourself | Through us | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost (single, standard) | $25 | $48 |
| Who checks the form | Nobody | Our team, before filing |
| A typo causes a refusal | $25 lost, start again | Caught before it reaches the portal |
| Portal errors mid-payment | Yours to sort out | We handle it and resubmit |
| Help when it goes wrong | None | WhatsApp, 7 days |
| Fastest turnaround | Economy timing only | About 1.5 hours |
Put simply: you pay about the price of an airport meal to avoid losing a non-refundable fee to a small mistake, and to have someone to call if the portal misbehaves. Weeks away with a simple case, that may not be worth it. Flying soon, or already refused once, it usually is. More in DIY vs using a visa service.
Payment
- PayPal — with a PayPal balance or any card, no account needed
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express — processed by PayPal; we never see your card number
- Bank transfer — for groups of five or more
PayPal isn’t available in a few countries. If that’s you, message us before ordering and we’ll arrange another way.
Refunds
If your application fails because of an error on our side, we refund 100% of the service fee. The government fee can’t be included — it has already been paid to Vietnam Immigration and no one can reclaim it.
If an application is refused because of information the traveller supplied — a wrong passport number, a name that doesn’t match, an unusable photo — the government fee is lost and a new application is needed. We’ll tell you honestly which case yours is. Full terms: Terms & Conditions.
Questions about cost
How much does a Vietnam eVisa cost in 2026?
Applying yourself on evisa.gov.vn costs only the official fee: $25 for single entry, $50 for multiple. With us, the total (official fee included) is $48 single / $68 multiple on the standard speed. Faster tiers cost more: $208 is the top weekday price (Emergency, about 1.5 hours), and the weekend service is $258 / $278.
Does a 90-day eVisa cost more than a 30-day one?
No. Validity never changes the price, at any tier. If you were choosing 30 days to save money, you save nothing — pick whatever length fits your trip.
Is the government fee really non-refundable?
Yes. Once an application is filed, the $25 or $50 is gone whatever the outcome, including refusal. That rule comes from Vietnam Immigration and applies to everyone. It is the reason we check documents before submitting, not after.
Do children pay the same fee?
Yes. Every traveller, including babies, needs their own eVisa on their own passport at the same price. There is no family rate.
I already paid on the government site and I’m stuck. Do I pay again?
Tell us before you order. If your application is stuck rather than refused, the fix often doesn’t need a new submission — and so no second government fee.
Why do agency prices differ so much?
The government fee is the same for everyone. What varies is whether anyone checks your documents, whether a person answers when something breaks, and how quickly the application is actually pushed. A higher price doesn’t guarantee any of those.
What if my nationality needs special handling?
A group of nationalities is processed under different rules and priced individually. Message us your passport country and we confirm the price and timeline before you pay.
