What fast track is — and isn’t
After a long flight, the last thing you want is a passport queue that snakes back to the duty-free. Fast track fixes exactly that: a local agent licensed to work inside the airport meets you in the immigration hall with a welcome board and takes you to a priority booth. You hand over your passport and printed eVisa, get stamped, and you’re at the baggage belt while the rest of your flight is still queuing.
One thing most sites won’t say plainly: no fast track service in Vietnam meets regular passengers at the aircraft door. Airport rules keep meet-and-greet staff inside the immigration area. Competitors advertising “gate pickup” have their agent standing in the same hall ours is. You walk the corridor from the plane yourself — a few minutes — and the assisted part starts there.

Flying within 48 hours
Send us your flight number on WhatsApp now. Landing at Ho Chi Minh City (SGN)? We can usually confirm with just 4–5 hours’ notice. Hanoi, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and Cam Ranh need 24 hours: slots there are coordinated with the airport a day ahead, and nobody can genuinely shortcut that. Either way, we don’t take payment until the agent is confirmed.
Your eVisa came through at the last minute
The combination we handle most. If your visa arrived hours before departure through our rush service, adding fast track means the stressful part ends at the boarding gate. Still waiting on the visa? Start with what “still processing” means before booking anything.
Landing late at night with family
Night arrivals from the US and Europe are exactly when patience runs out — and several long-haul flights often land in the same window. VIP no-queue plus the night surcharge is still under $110 at SGN and turns a miserable hour into ten minutes. Baggage help can be added; ask when booking.
Just wondering if it’s worth it
Not always. With an eVisa and a 3–6 AM landing, the hall is often empty and you’ll walk through in 15 minutes for free. Fast track earns its price at peak windows — mid-morning and 9 PM–midnight at SGN and HAN, when several wide-bodies unload together. If your timing is good, we’ll tell you to save the money.
How booking works
- Send your flight number, date, arrival airport and a photo of your passport bio page on WhatsApp.
- We confirm availability and price. You pay by PayPal or card.
- You receive the exact meeting point and a photo of the welcome board to look for.
- On landing, walk to the immigration hall, find the board — the agent takes it from there.
Flight delayed or changed? Tell us as soon as you know; rescheduling with notice is free. A no-show without notice forfeits the fee, because the agent still made the trip.
Questions about fast track
Where exactly does the agent meet me?
Inside the immigration hall, before the passport booths. You walk from the plane to the hall as normal, then look for the welcome board at the agreed spot — we send you a photo of it in advance. No service can meet regular passengers at the aircraft door in Vietnam; anyone promising the jet bridge is overselling.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Ho Chi Minh City (SGN): as little as 4–5 hours before landing. All other airports: 24 hours, and 48 hours around public holidays, Tet especially. Booking after you’ve landed carries a $10 surcharge and depends on agent availability.
Do I need fast track if I already have an eVisa?
It depends on when you land. eVisa holders skip the visa-on-arrival counter, so passport control is the only queue. At peak hours that can run 60–90 minutes and fast track is worth it; at 3–6 AM the hall is often near-empty. Tell us your flight and we’ll give you a straight answer.
What if my flight is delayed or changed?
Message us as soon as you know and we reschedule the agent free of charge. If we aren’t told, the agent waits for the original flight and the missed-pickup fee applies.
What do you need from me to book?
A photo of your passport bio page and your flight details: number, date, arrival airport. If we handled your eVisa, we already have the passport — just send the flight number.
Fast track is delivered by our licensed airport partner; prices include our service fee. Under current airport rules, Vietnamese passport holders can’t use this service.
